Why do Americans want the Holden Commodore HSV and Ford Falcon FPV
What about the Chrysler 300c SRT8 and the Cadillac CTS- V
How is the RWD performance sedan dead?

Because both the HSV GTS and the FPV GT are way more blue collar (and more extrovert) than either the 300C or the CTS-V.
Also keep in mind that the 300C SRT8 sold in Australia isn't exactly the same as the US model.

I think we want those for more choices in the market, and hope for a rwd sedan that doesn't cost 40+ k new. Also, the grass is always greener in Australia to us Americans.

Came here to say this in a lot more words, looks like you've got it taken care of. Not only too "nice", but not everyone's tastes or budget run to Chrysler or Cadillac.

you were saying about the grass?

More choice would be great though.. maybe smaller more efficient RWD cars would be more viable

Sub 40k RWD Sedan?

Charger R/T. It's quite close to sub 30k

why must you break my heart and analogies with your photographic evidence. Your grass is a lot greener than mine though... Smaller sedans with rwd, lust worthy ideas

GOD I WISH

Though the ZF 8HP that's coming in MY 2015 is high on my list. The words "magic", "perfect", and their ilk have been used to describe their new automatic. It may change my views on Mopar auto trannies

I'll believe it when I see it, but it does have promise if the paddles are perfect. I just would prefer a true manual so much more
